Food Stretcher Plus End User License Agreement (Please read the following carefully.)
By using of the Food Stretcher Plus App or any other download software we may provide you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Modification of Terms of Use.
Keep up with changes or modification of terms of use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change the terms of use at any time. Your continued use of the Food Stretcher Plus App after such changes become effective shall constitute your acceptance and agreement to such changes.
Any time a change in the of terms of use materially changes your rights or obligations, we will make an effort to notify you of such change at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the change by sending you an email to the address that we have on file for you.
Personal Data and Account Security.
You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be requested by any Food Stretcher registration forms; (b) maintain the security of your password and supervise use of your account; (c) maintain and promptly update your registration data, and any other information you provide to Food Stretcher Plus, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data and any other information you provide to Food Stretcher Plus; and (e) notify us immediately via the contact information set forth herein, if you suspect a breach of security, including that your account may have been accessed or used without authorization. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and maintaining your preference settings. We communicate with you at the address and send notices to the email address you maintain in your registration data. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of not keeping your registration data current. You understand and agree that Food Stretcher Plus shall have no responsibility for any incident arising out of or related to your account settings. We will assume that anyone using the Food Stretcher Plus Services or transacting through your account is you. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Cash Back Program.
The Food Stretcher Plus Program helps users accumulate cash in their own personal digital wallet simply by purchasing participating products. Food Stretcher Plus has created a mobile application, utilizing PayPal Single Sign-On (see below) that lets the user scan their purchase receipt so their purchase can be validated as one of the products associated with a participating product which will allow them to receive cash back automatically deposited into their personal digital wallet. This cash can be used to purchase anything the user might wish to buy.

FOOD STRETCHER PLUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS OR OMISSIONS RELATING TO PRICING, TEXT OR PHOTOGRAPHY. WHILE FOOD STRETCHER PLUS ATTEMPTS TO ENABLE YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, FOOD STRETCHER PLUS CANNOT AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ITS SERVER(S) ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL
COMPONENTS; THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD USE INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED SOFTWARE TO DETECT AND DISINFECT VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS FROM ANY DOWNLOAD.
Mistakes happen. Due to misprints or technical, mechanical or human error, we may, from time to time, have to terminate or correct an offer and debit, credit, or otherwise adjust your account accordingly. In addition, at any time and as permitted by law, we may review and, in our sole discretion, adjust, terminate, or reject your account, any offers that may be available to you via the Food Stretcher Plus program.
Your Obligations.
You agree that: You will use the Food Stretcher Program (hereinafter, “the Program”) only as authorized by us. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Program. You will not take any action that interferes with the proper working of the Program, compromises the security of the Program, or otherwise damages or impairs the Program, any materials or information available through the Program, our systems, or our networks. You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, adapt, translate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of (or any access to or use of) the Program (including but not limited to Content), including but not limited to using any software to suppress or alter the display of advertising through the Services, without our express prior
written consent. You will not use the Program (including but not limited to Content) for any fraudulent, unlawful or unintended purpose. You will not use any Content other than in accordance with this Agreement and any other terms and conditions applicable to such Content. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Program, to any other systems or networks connected to the Program or to any of our servers by hacking, password mining, or any other unauthorized means.
Use of PayPal Single Sign-on (SSO) These Food Stretcher Plus Terms and Conditions governs your use of the PayPal Single Sign-On (SSO) feature.
Acceptance:
By choosing to use the PayPal SSO service to access Food Stretcher Plus Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of PayPal’s own User Agreement.
Account Linking and Security:
Authorization: You represent that you are the legitimate owner of the PayPal account you are using to log in and have the authority to link it to Food Stretcher Plus.
Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your PayPal account login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your PayPal-authenticated session on Food Stretcher Plus is your responsibility.
Notification: You must immediately notify both Food Stretcher Plus and PayPal of any unauthorized use of your PayPal account or any other breach of security. Food Stretcher Plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Service Availability and Limitations:
. Food Stretcher Plus does not control the PayPal SSO service. The availability of this login method is dependent on PayPal’s systems and API.
. We are not liable for any downtime, errors, or discontinuation of the PayPal SSO service that may prevent you from logging into Food Stretcher Plus.
. In the event that PayPal SSO becomes unavailable, you must use the “Forgot Password” feature (after setting a password) or another linked login method to access your account.
Transaction Fee.
PayPal may assess a user fee of 2.9 percent on each Food Stretcher Plus cash back transaction. This amount may be adjusted by PayPal.
Data Sharing
By using PayPal SSO,you expressly authorize PayPal to share the information described in our Privacy Policy Addendum (specifically, your user ID, name, email, phone number and locale) with Food Stretcher Plus for the purpose of creating and managing your account.
Termination
You may unlink your PayPal account from Food Stretcher Plus at any time through your account settings.
Food Stretcher Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, including via PayPal SSO, if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity through your linked account.

THE PAYPAL SSO FEATURE IS PROVIDED ON AN”AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. FOOD STRETCHER PLUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PAYPAL SSO SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR SECURITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES, INCLUDING DATA BREACHES, THAT ORIGINATE FROM THE PAYPAL PLATFORM.
Governing Third-Party Terms
Your use of the PayPal SSO service is subject to PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Any disputes regarding the PayPal service itself must be resolved directly with PayPal.
